PROFESSIONAL AGILE LEADERSHIP (PAL)
The Professional Agile Leadership (PAL) course is an executive-level program designed to help leaders understand, support, and enable agility across their organizations by applying Agile principles beyond teams and into strategy, governance, and decision-making. The PAL certification is administered by Scrum.org and is aimed at leaders who influence culture, structure, and organizational systems. Rather than focusing on team-level practices, this course emphasizes how leaders can create the conditions for agility to thrive, using empiricism, evidence-based management, and modern leadership approaches. This course prepares participants for the PAL assessment while equipping them with practical tools to lead in complex, uncertain, and rapidly changing environments.
