PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

Course Introduction

The Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) credential is PMI’s entry-level certification, built for professionals who are beginning their project management career or who want formal, globally recognized validation of foundational project management knowledge - without the extensive work-experience requirement attached to the PMP.Procert Academy’s CAPM Training is a 3-day, instructor-led programme that follows the current PMI CAPM Examination Content Outline, built around PMBOK Guide principles and performance domains, predictive (plan-based) project management concepts, agile and hybrid approaches, and business analysis frameworks. The course is written for learners with little or no prior project experience: every concept is introduced from first principles, reinforced with practice questions in the exact style used on the exam, and tied together in a closing mock examination.Participants leave with the full 23 contact hours of project management education required for CAPM exam eligibility, a working vocabulary and toolkit across predictive and agile project management, and a clear pathway toward the PMP credential later in their career.
