ISO/IEC 17025: LEAD ASSESSOR
The ISO/IEC 17025: Lead Assessor course is an advanced professional program designed to develop the competence required to plan, conduct, lead, and report assessments of testing and calibration laboratories in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 and internationally recognized assessment and auditing principles. ISO/IEC 17025 is published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). It is the primary international standard used by accreditation bodies to evaluate laboratory competence, impartiality, and the validity of test and calibration results. This course focuses on assessment leadership rather than implementation, equipping participants with the skills to evaluate laboratories objectively, assess technical competence, review methods and results, identify nonconformities, and make sound accreditation recommendations. It prepares professionals to act as Lead Assessors in first-party, second-party, and third-party laboratory assessments.
